How do I know that Fashion received my order?
When you place your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been received, but this does not mean that the order has been confirmed. If you pay using a payment card, your order will be accepted once the card details are approved. If you pay on delivery, the delivery address will be verified, the products will be selected and shipped. After that, we will send you a second email confirming that the order has been shipped. If there is any problem, we will notify you immediately and the amount previously paid will be processed.
How can I change the selected delivery address or delivery date?
This is done in coordination with the shipping company and communicating with the shipping company to renew a new address or date.

If the product is received damaged, you must inform us through the website by submitting a return request , attaching a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the order. If you do not report it, it will not be accepted as a return.
How do I know if a product is out of stock?
A "Sold Out" mark will appear next to a product if it is out of stock. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place your order but be out of stock while we process it. In such cases, we will notify you.
